Order Processing:

Items purchased from CK Trading will be dispatched within an estimated 2-3 business days after the order is placed (Note: business days do not include weekends and public holidays). After payment, you can check your order status in order management~

Group Buying & Consolidated Shipping - Pickup at Toronto warehouse 4-6 weeks after the order cutoff, free shipping.

Local Fresh Produce - Limited to most GTA areas, delivered by CK Express.

Please clearly and accurately fill in your real name, delivery address, delivery time frame, and contact information.

Note: During holidays and major promotions, order volume is larger, and delivery times may be delayed. Please wait patiently~

CK Trading will not be responsible for delayed delivery if the order is delayed or cannot be delivered due to the following circumstances:

1. If the product in your order is out of stock, your order dispatch may be delayed.
2. The customer provides incorrect information and an incomplete address.
3. No one is available to sign for the goods upon delivery, resulting in costs and related consequences from repeat deliveries.
4. Force majeure, such as natural disasters, traffic restrictions, sudden wars, etc.
Out-of-Stock Handling:
If a product in your order is out of stock, CK Trading may temporarily cancel your entire order or cancel only the out-of-stock product. Customer service will send a notification email and refund the difference.
Sales Tax: CK Trading is a legally registered company in Canada and must collect taxes on behalf of the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). The CRA will levy different sales tax rates depending on the province where the recipient resides. Sales tax will be automatically calculated based on the shipping address provided by the customer. The collected tax will be remitted directly to the CRA by CK Trading as required by law in its annual tax filing.


Verify Delivery:
Please be sure to verify your order information—name, shipping address (postal code, city), billing address, etc.—when confirming your order. Incorrect order information will delay your order progress. Please contact CK Trading customer service in a timely manner.

Delivery Methods

To provide you with the most convenient and fastest delivery method, we prioritize CK Express for your orders. In special circumstances, Canada Post can be specified for delivery, but we cannot guarantee Canada Post delivery times.

Please carefully check and verify your shipping address, and fill in your detailed address information (apartment, school, etc.).

Currently, for areas within CK Trading's self-operated delivery range, orders are expected to be delivered within 2-3 business days after placing the order. This excludes special customer requests.

Canada Post: Delivery covers almost all of Canada. Specific delivery addresses and times are subject to Canada Post's official announcements.

Due to incorrect address entry, the courier being unable to contact the recipient, or the recipient refusing to accept the package, CK Trading will process a refund after receiving the returned package. Returned packages cannot be re-mailed. If the customer wishes to have the item re-mailed, a new order must be placed on the CK Trading website.

For addresses outside the CK delivery area, if items exceed 30lb and are oversized, CK will charge additional shipping fees and will communicate with the customer before shipping.

2. CK Trading currently does not accept changes to the shipping address during the order delivery process.
